Larrabee-Lester-Dean family papers, 1805-1860.

Primarily the papers of Adam Larrabee. Includes his military correspondence and a number of checks and receipts. Capt. Larrabee graduated from West Point and served in the War of 1812. Also in the collection are notes and receipts of Nathan and Susannah Lester, parents of Adam Larrabee's wife, Hannah. Estate inventories are for John Dean and Susannah Lester. The Lesters and Larrabees were from the Groton, Connecticut area.
